Betta has lifted scales

I was doing a water change today and was observing my betta and I noticed that he has 3 or 4 lifted scales. He appears to be all fine apart from this one issue, it is not severe but it has concerned me.

I do have some rocks in the tank which could be the cause as they are quite large and take up lots of the tank, and have somewhat sharp edges. Could this be the cause? I will attach and image of the betta and an image of the rocks.

Is this something I need to worry about?

Fish do rub up against thing especially in small tanks without a lot of swimming room I try and file down any edges on anything I place in my tanks. I spent a day filing down the inside of my 2 piece castle because of sharp edges.

I might just remove the rocks completely and replace them with drift wood.
