Well.. it's just that I worry fries will get curious and swim near/under a snail and then... chomp :3

Mr. Original poster, did you check your snails for parasites or treated them? I always worry about snails carrying diseases.
 
12 of the males were moved into my new barracks last night :)

Now I know some people will think this is cruel, but this isnt long term, its just to grown them on as individuals before they go to there new homes :)

if ANYONE would call those betta barracks cruel, they must not know much about fishkeeping. The set-up is supurb! Well done. One of the best "hobbyist" set ups ive seen. Nice Job! Love the spraybars and honestly, you could divide each tank in half if you need to. MORE than enough room for temp fry rearing.

Its always nice to have nice feedback. My spare room has totally been taken over with the fry :lol:
 
Vicki they look great, as for some saying there Cruel, these are by far the biggest barracks i have seen :good:

Wow that setup is great. I saw barracks like that on ebay. It looks fab. Now I'd like to know which one I'm having?????
 
I just want to say thank you, I showed my friend all your progress and she became so excited she changed her mind about quiting with her pair :)
