I picked once a day because there was no twice a day option. I try to feed my bettas twice a day, 3 pellets at a time, for a total of 6 pellets a day. FD bloodworms once a week or so. The betta at the office doesn't get fed on weekends.

true for me too... all except for the office thing i didn't know fasting was healthy for bettas so will start fasting mine once a week from now on.

Sometimes I forget to feed them because I am too busy.. I feed 3 in the morning and 3 at night but sometimes I forget to feed at night..

i guess it can't be bad to change 20% a day, must be really clean in there
