My guys are fed Hikari Betta BioGold, Atison's Betta Food, Atison's Betta Pro, Hikari MicroWafers, frozen bloodworms, frozen brine shrimp, frozen midas shrimp, live fruit flies, and occasionally pre-soaked freeze-dried Daphnia. I also have a female with a jaw deformity who eats a frozen carnivore diet that consists of brine shrimp, blood worms, chicken liver, and chicken heart.
