sound like you just need to a few more water changes and not start again you have bred your fish and they are growing..trust me you will get them to grow faster by doing this and having live food swimming in the tank like bbs and small dapnia if you can get it if you fish are an inch then whit worms will be ok i wouldnt star feeding any frozen of pellets untill abot 10 weeks old and by then you will know which ones are the male and you will need to get them in other accomodation like large jars or as a lot of people use large quart cups or beanie boxes or you will end up with damaged fry as they will fight.....

cheers for your help and great site! hopefully over time i can learn to get a few fish as nice as yours but little steps i guess, by the way do you use a wholesaler for your equipment foods plants?

If it's not broke don't fix it.
Leave that boy right where he is - he seems to be ultra happy, and upsetting their routines even in the littlest way can really upset them.
