best way to light 46 gallon bowfront

i plan on planting my 46 gallon in the near future....i'm looking at having between 2-3 WPG and am looking for my best options....i know compact fluorescent will be the way to go and big al's has some good prices, but was just wondering where else i could look for cheap CF lighting..

If you're a DIY type of guy, you can try http/www.ahsupply.com . They sell kits with everything you need.... ballast, reflector, wiring hardware, etc. Just remember to get a bulb of the right spectrum... that's not included in their kits.
