Best Plants For Apple Snails

I want to breed some apple snails so a bit of veggie or plants are required. what is suitable please

you can feed them lettuce, cucumber, small bits of carrot, celery and green beans and they will feed of the algae on the tank. you can also feel them fish food pellets.

they will climb out of the water and lay eggs on the hood of your tank

Yes planted tanks are OK for them as long as they are well fed with other things, they only eat your plants if there is nothing else available.
