Best nano tank for a betta?

Bettas do not like current it stresses them out, if your last filter turned over 150 l/hr in a 28 l tank the current was too strong.

Yes I am aware that bettas do not like currents.

The water did not move and the tank became slimey and a film was on the top of the water. I asked the questions on here as to why it had become slimey and was told it was due to the filter not making enough movement.

That filter is more than enough for a 10 gallon tank.

Did you have the spray bar above the water line?

For a Betta you dont need more than this
