Best Heater Brand?

I've had a 300W Hydor Theo in my tank for about 2 years now and suddenly it cooked my fish running up to about 98 degrees.

I'm asking for those individuals who's heaters have stood the test of time and came accurately calibrated to speak up for their products and let me know which company should get my hard earned money next?

Well looks like I'll be sticking with Hydor. I got a response same day to my issue and they will be sending me out a replacement. Would definitely recommend Hydor to anyone looking for a heater just on customer service alone.

I like my Tetra heater, but I've also heard good things about Hydor.

We use fluval for our tanks. Had no problems at all.

I've been keeping tropicals on and off for 15 years and have always used Visitherm heaters and never had any problems with them.

I have used Visi-Therms for 15 years and have had no problems. However, like in MinionZer0's experience, good customer service can add a lot to someones brand loyalty.
