Best Filter For A Ten Gallon

I want to upgrade to a quiet filter that is better than my Top Fin 10 that came with my tank, any ideas?

He! He!.... if I can get a foot in the door...... After all these years,...... I maintain!!!!..... Undergravel filters... that covers at least 1/3 of the floor area..... remains my favourite...... I have run tanks for 8 years plus.... exclussively on undergravel........

Anything Fluval IMO but that is just me..
45L doesn't give you much room for an internal, maybe try and find a HOB or a small external canister?

Whats ur price range fluval is the way to go. I can link you a canister that sit in the cabinet your tank is on that way it bumps up the stocking level of the 10g alittle or a fluval in tank filter is always good they both offer much more filtration then the standard filter.

I have a 40 litre with an elite stingray 10 and its very quite and does a fantastic job, also its small and easy to hide.

Ps I agree fluval is better, all my other filters are fluval however the stingray 10 works perfect for me !

I've had success with the Aqua One AquaClear range. I'd recommend getting the next size up from the one recommended for your size tank as they aren't the most powerful. They're very quite though.

I've had 3 aqua clears and while I love how well they filter, they have never lasted do than 6 months. I love my marine land emperor,it's quiet and has lasted 4 years and is still going strong
