Best Decision I Ever Made...

Best: Special ordering a long, wide, low 70 gallon tank just for corydoras :yahoo:

Worst: Knowing nothing about fishes, buying four corys of different species for an uncycled 10 gal. Only 1 survived. :-( But he's enormous, fat, and healthy now :)

BEST joining this forum

WORST allowing myself to becoming addicted to it, im so tired, it keeps me up all night and most of the morning

Ditto. Except also...

Best: Deciding not to buy any more goldfish.
Worst: Taking bad advice from two of my lfs's, on multiple occasions even after I had got burned. To this day I still have my sailfin plec in my 16gal......"Nah, he wont get much bigger than that" - he was 2 inches when I first got him..

Best: got into planted tank.

Bad: got my student to get into this hobby too... in class he will ask all kind of planted tank related questions... haaa...

best: getting bored 1 day resulting in an impuls buy fish tank/ finding maiden head aquatics a few weeks later

worst: buying a large fish tak behind my parents back and hiding it behind a door hoping they wouldent notice lol :p

Best~ keeping large, aggressive fish that require huge tanks for themselves.
Worst~ keeping large, aggressive fish that require huge tanks for themselves.

best: going tropical from coldwater
WORST: going to my first lfs (didnt even know what a fish was i think)

best - my soon to be discus.
worst - having all these fish i don't want, not that they're not great, but i only have them because they have no where else to go. also, not just sticking in the cichlid family.

Best - Not being a little kid that only wants goldfish... Those were the worst to have as a small kid.

Worst - Cycling with fish R.I.P. those that didnt make it and the few that did, I can only hope are happy now
