That is not a long time, you need to consider when acclimatising:

the differnece between your tank's sg and the lfs, which could be anything from 1.018 to full sea water of 1.026

This can take quite some time if there is a large difference - I always test the water they come in first to check the sg

I dripped mine for 1.5hrs just to be sure, but mine also took a while before moving once I put them in.
