I recently set up a 10 gallon shrimp tank and added in some shrimp about a week ago. Today I noticed that two of my shrimp just molted, then I saw my male shrimp chasing the two shrimp around. When I got home today I noticed that two of my female shrimp were berried with some yellow eggs underneath their tail! I'm very excited because this is the first time! keeping shrimp (well, besides ghost shrimp...)

Oh and does anyone know how long it will take until the eggs hatch and the shrimplets will be born? Right now my tank is set at around 25 degrees C or about 77 degrees F.

I'll try and get some pictures posted as soon as I take some pictures :)

Oh wow, so I guess there is still quite some time until the eggs hatch... But I guess I just have to be patient ><

I purchased them from a member on another forum because the cherry shrimp were so expensive at my lfs. They were $7 each at my lfs and I got them for only $2. If you live here in Colorado he would probably be willing to sell you some.
