Ben, how you finding the Polario now?

I have had to put the bracket on as it reduces the noise level but now I get an annoying wobble and still think the noise level is too much...............hope it settles down a bit

mine is noisey. That doesnt matter to me, the tank is in a computer room. It does whine a lot when the flow shifts sides. Im happy though, it dont half shift some water. Mines not on the bracket so doesn wabble or anything.

my plating monti is on one hell of a growth spurt now aswel. Since i added the pump

you are right, it sure shifts some water if a tad noisy

the corals are loving it, so i can put up with the noise. Its luck of the draw with the vortechs too. Some of them are really noisey.

so its 8 days....then i will have waited 8 long weeks. Il be shopping around for my 2nd first fish

gave the tank a good clean up. and another re-scape *cough*

unfortunatly i had to remove then nem. A couple of weeks ago it just looked horrible. Then ever since then its just got worse and worse. I have checked my params regualr and they have always been insde the boundaries of whats considered acceptable. I serioulsly think it has something to do with the cleaner shrimp.

There will be pics once it has cleared up.

seffie, i have no idea about the nem. The cleaner shrimp really bothered it to the point it would shrivel up into a round chunk of goo for a few hours. I reckon this had soemthing to do with it. Really wound me up watching it! I always test my params before i carry out my water changes on the same day each week.

I'm sorry to hear about the nem. I always had issues with shrimp arround nem feeding time. My clownfish has "re-homed" itself to my Malu now and hence helps by showing all the shrimp where to go if they get too close... Gosh, shrimp are anoying creatures

Any idea what your second first fish will be yet?
