I bought this setup used for 100$.I can't stand that pressed wood look,so I decided to paint it. These are really crappy pics,and the tank inside still even has the algae on it and the light strip laying in it,but you get the idea...

Yes,I hand painted it.Takes several steps to achieve the marble look.

Looks like the before and after were taken with 2 different cameras and/or 2 different resolutions. Could you get a better shot of the "marble" look?
