my bettas belly seems swollen could he be constapated anything i could feed him, i starved the tank for 3days and i looks like no change in size.

Try a pea.
Put one pea in a smal cup of water and put it in the microwave for about a minute. Then pop the pea out of it's shell and then cut the mushy part into a piece small enough to fit in your betta's mouth. Or if hes reallly not pooping then put a mirror up to him so he'll flare. Sometimes it stimulates them to poo...
