I'm not surprised. Firstly it's an external link not showing where it's going to. That puts some people off. Secondly it says it's in Russian. That'll put others off.

No, it's not true. They do and can get viruses. BUT, most viruses outthere will only work on the windows architecture. So most of the viruses out there won't affect a mac. So while there are viruses, there are less of them.
