i have been asking for advice and people say this is okay,so is it? or i heard you can only have 4 in a 5 gal

thanks for ya time

It should be fine providing there are hiding places for all 5 fish. Are you planning on addng salt to make the tank brackish?

considering theyre the freshwater species no,unless they still need salt, will do.

and yes i will add a terracota pot andmake some small caves for them to hide in

and just another comfirmation, they onlytake brine shrimp right?

There is actually no such thing as a truely FW bumble bee goby, just that one species (Hypogymnogobius xanthozona) can tolerate FW provided that it is hard and alkeline. It would be better to add some salt to the tank, especially since it is a species tank so salt wont bother any other tankmates.

My bumble bees will take any small live or frozen foods, brine shrimp isnt actually a very good food so if possible feed them something else.
