it is most likely sticking out because the scales are growing back over it...think about when you have a wound and a scab forms - it sticks out until the skin is fully healed

all the redness has gone now and the lumpyness has gone back down he's looking a lot better, i just hope its all worth it!

Great, just carry on with the meds for a few more days to make sure it has gone completely, don't wan't to cut it short then it return back again.

yea i know i wont cut it short by anymeans, i think i may do a whole new dose...or is this a bad idea? i dont want it to come back and i want him to start growing scales...how long do you reckon itll be before the scales come back...or ill they even come back at all???

Another course should be fine if he's in issolation, can't say how long the scales will take to grow back, good luck.
