In my lifetime, it's the first time sea has not frozen up all winter at my base camp in Hanko, Finland. Thus, open water net fishing (food kinda) has been possible. A bycatch from last weekend: Nerophis ophidion, Lappohja, Hanko, Finland. We were also treated with an exceptional relish, Myoxocephalus quadricornis caviar: Thanks for looking. Sorry for the lack of picture quality.
