Hay Again,

Can anyone help me please i have a 2x female balloon and 1x male balloon Molly how can i tell if one is pregnant as they are HUGE anyway!!!

the female will get bigger and her birth bit will square off.if she is dark in colour the birth bit will show as white so u will know then.hope this helps.sorry i cant remember wot the proper name is for a fishes bit
 
the females are both bright orange but one has a real real orange bit under her belly!!! that did help tho thanks

if u look at her bit it can also look like its a bullseye like on a dart board(not same colour as one lol),if it looks like this then shes very close
 
I'm afraid that I have the same trouble that you do HNL_Fish. I can never tell about carrying fry with one of those fish because the balloon shape hides it from me.
 
many fish that are not even pregnant have the gravid spot you so called "bit." i like to tell you to read the sticky notes created by 5teady about the stages. I never go by the gravid spot colouring to see when a fish will drop because as i said many unpregnant fish got this spot dark, orange, red, white whatever it maybe. Go by the shape and the size they have changed.
