Balloon frogs!?!

Can any one shed some light on this subject? I have four albino frogs in my ten gal. tank and the largest one (which is about 2 1/2 inches long) is swelled up like a balloon. The frog's whole body is puffed up; the arms, legs and torso, from its butt to his mouth.
Even the head is puffed up. Any info on this weird subject please write back. Thanks, drm255.

My guess would be bloat and bacterial infection, but I don't really know anything about it beyond that.
