months ago my other half brought home a male and female molly, they obviously bred and had hundreds of babies and after a bit i siad enough! take them back! i feel for female mollys they are constantly preg! so one lot of 40 or so babies went back and then we cleared the whole tank of all mollys. while i was just gazing at the tank i saw a tiny overlooked baby molly and just thought oh that one can stay. hes getting big now, im only assuming its a he i cant really tell yet but over the last week or so he has become a real bully to the other fish, he pushes the corys around and chases the tetras away from food. looks like everyones getting pretty fed up with him. is there anything i can do? should i take him back too? i would miss him...

i a beginner, but if its affecting your other fish, why not rehome it, it wud be happier with more mollys

i worry where he would end up. who would buy him... maybe there is an alternative way to help him. i have a biorb that i may set up for micro crab, its a 30 litre. if he turns out to be a she i could keep her there with another female or would this be too small for them? how do i move this topic to the livebearer section? so may questions this morning haha

problem solved, i feed him over one corner and everyone else at the other end. he seems fine when hes got some space. seems feeding time is the only time he gets uppity so glad that ones sorted

Glad that worked out for you! I have a male molly that killed 5 other mollies. He's now in with all my female guppies and is doing fine.
