Back from taiwan

I got back yesteday morning from taiwan after a 23 hours of travel. (gotta love layovers).

Im currently in the process of cleaning out my parents old 20 gal aquarium to either have a community tank with 1 male betta and other fish, or to make dividers to house 4-6 bettas. Theonly problem im having now is removing hard water stains

soon i'll start on the quest of watching for the perfect betta (or 2 or 3...) I'll keep you posted

I found one pet store in Taipei, but none of their Bettas were impressive (just the usual red and blue veiltails). Not speaking the language, i realy wasn't brave enough nor did i have the contacts to try to find any local betta farms also, i didn't want to deal with the international issues of bringing something alive back.

I thought about it for a bit, but decided that being a rather inexperienced traveler, just getting back and through customs (not to mention getting out of taiwan having overstayed my visa ) would be enough of an adventure without anything to declare.
