Back Again

Hi,

i have been signed up here for ages but not posted in so long i thought id better introduce myself again. I have had tropical fish before, started about when i first joined here. But then work sort of took over alot so i stopped and gave my tank to my mum which is still up and running now and doing very well.

Now im getting back in the game as i have purchased a rena tank of 420 liters i think. I got it so cheap as a garden centre used it as one of there display tanks and then put it up for sale and i got it very cheep.

Well, i gonna go search around these forums hoping to gain some ideas of what to put in my tank. And by the way this forum is great got alot of anserws to alot of questions i had off here both for me and my family, so thanks

Was wondering though, how cheap do you mean by cheap?

Now that you got a tank that big, the filter will be the BIG buy! Unless you already have one for that size. I have an Ehiem filter for my 40 gallon that works wonderfuly.

for the tank cabinet, hood and lights, 2 fluval 4+'s and some gravel i got for £150

For a filter i have already got a brand new eheim 2215 that i got off ebay for £40 so ill run it beside the 2 fluval 4's for a while and see how it does.
