Baby Fighter!

Looking great.......I can see he's starting to show some colour now in his fins :good:

He doesnt seem to be showing much colour at the mo just got a shimmer of blue in his lower fin....

Hopefully he will be a nice mix of his mum and dad.

The colour always starts in the fins first then the body will start to show more colour. You'll be amazed how quickly they suddenly change :good:

Thats well cool to look at the pics and how its grown. How old is it in them last pic's?

My fry are at about 5 weeks old now. When i feed them, they all sit pretty still on the bottom of the tank, and iv easily got 50+ in their. Iv counted 50 with plenty left over quite a few times now! Im just hoping that i can get them all fully grown :)

Edward is about 5 weeks now and eats like a horse!

You can only see his colour when his light is out and the curtains are open...or with a camera flash.

Hes still got the black lines and they get darker when i feed him,
And he comes to the front of the tank now when i come in the room.

Wow look at him grow.....he's getting a lovely pale blue to his fins. You'll notice him changing much more now from week to week :good:

im going towards being a boy as he has quite long front fins(cant think what they are called)

His dad as very long fins.

I put her in the divided 70L with her dad the other day and went to bed, got up and went straight out to town and when i got back Carlile had built a huge nest so i thought 'he hasn't built a nest since i bred him' looked in the other side and saw her sporting some lovely vertical bands and extreme colouration increase!!

Good news :good:

When i change the 200 around im going to put her in there with her mum and give breeding another go :)

I had to move her to a different tank as she keeps squeezing past the divider!
