Baby Bettas!

My new betta has just become a daddy . I've had him for just 6 days, the female for 4 and this morning my Mum noticed all the little fry hanging in his bubble nest. I didn't think he'd be successful because his 1st nest attempts fell apart over night. I was just wondering what is the best food for the fry. What do people here think is the best for baby bettas?

congratulations on the newborns live food is always best for them, see if you can source out some micro worm or vinegar eel cultures for the crucial first two weeks of their life. if you are stuck you can always get a tube of wardleys "liquid fry" food that comes in a tube. another proven method is feeding them egg yolk. start up a baby brine shrimp hatchery too and start feeding them after the first two weeks. good luck
