Great pics, and so many babies! How did you get them all, what method do you use when to mother starts giving birth? How do you catch so many babies without them being eaten?

Thanks you guys, as you can see there is quite a difference between week 3 and week 5's size

FishKeeper...in the world of bettas it is Dad who cares for the young.Mom left the tank immediately after spawning and Dad was removed 3 days after they hatched. He'll care for them and put them in the nest constantly until they become free swimming, then he has to go too,or he'll eat them all!

I bought a used 55 gallon and everybody will be venturing over to it for growing within the next couple of weeks
