She is aborting the babys ive had this before they maybe some fully devoloped ones come out too

apart from stress, why would she abort the babies?

She had 18 fry this morning, but passed away, gasping and on her side!!! her inner came out sort of also!!! RIP!!!... but least her baby fry live on!!!
