I googled both and the symptoms do talk about nerve damage. So I was right on my nerve hypothesis I guess... Lets just hope the doctors are able to treat it well

Awful hospital tank

Medical is something that I consider myself fortunate to have pretty much for free. I'm a Nam era disabled vet under medical retirement from the U.S. Navy due to losing the use of my right eye due to an injury. I DO pay for Medicare parts A&B through my social security and also have Tri-Care for life at no charge. Any thing left over is pretty much covered by the Veteran's Admin.. I mean my last colonoscopy cost me a grand total of $16.00 USD out of pocket.

The little blue fish is much worse today it looks like hes got fuzz on his face as well now too. Poor little guy. Anyone know what type he is?

That’s not a Blue Devil. It looks like a fat/bloated Blue Damselfish.
Blue Devils don’t have transparent fins like Damselfish do. Plus the body/mouth shape is way off to be a Blue Devil.

Well, the last time I commented on a business tank (actually my daughter did), I ended up getting paid to rebuild and take care of it. Thinking about turning it into a side-career after I retire...but probably another thing on your plate is not what you need right now.

Hey, this is a little off subject but it seems you might feel like I do. I want to start a movement to where people have to have a nitrogen cycle card or class before they can purchase live fish. Also, it should be outlawed to sell an aquarium and fish in the same day. I learned the hard way. Killed 11 fish in a 36 gal I'm 24 hours. Then 6 more in the next week. Had 2 that made it only to suffer from ammonia burns. Both ended up dying within 90 days. This should be considered animal cruelty. Fish are animals also, Oscar's are just like dogs. If you have ever possess one. You know what I am talking about!. #stop the sufferingThis tank at the hospital is making me mad, but hey at least its keeping me occupied, wallowing in annoyance lol
Theres a mono covered with open wounds, fuzz on his mouth whos swimming vertically not normal, being constantly attacked by the sailfin tang
Theres a sailfin tang that is so pale, definitely not healthy and flashing on the rocks
The sailfin is attacking every other fish in the tank, the other two or three fish are hiding, and also flashing on the rocks
Theres this poor little blue fish thats so incredibly bloated
I wanna say something but i know its always outside companies in charge of the tanks, not the hospital itself
