Automatic Cleaning Device

What are those devices called that hang on your aquarium and siphon and top off the water automatically? I'm not talking about a manual siphon. I read that you can equip this, and it will change the water automatically. I will be busy for the next few weeks and need one temproarily before I sell it since I like cleaning my fish tanks.

Where can I get one?

How does the water that is added automatically chlorine free and not harm the fish?

Are you thinking about a python?

a python will connect to the tap and fill/siphon the tank
but not automatically, you have to start/stop it.

Thats one, but what I was talking about is this machine that pumps water out your aquarium, and adds water back while ridding of the chlorine it. It looks like a protein skimmer.
