They don't bother me, but I can understand why people would feel frustrated that the same polls keep getting made.

Many newbies do not know where/ how to do a search. Perhaps a pinned topic would help alleviate this problem, if it is such a concern for some :dunno:

LOL

It does annoy me a bit, although I always vote/answer. Sometimes it's not even a matter of searching but looking down the page or to the next one. This forum goes through a good few pages in a day I imagine.

I think it would make sense for the pros and cons of sand to be pinned.

doesnt anoy me, even i wanted to look at some posts on it before i decided. but i did a search. perhaps any moderators could make a pinned topic including some of the advice given in some of them. i therefore choose not to vote

:flex: ♂ Though I like helping people and giving advice, I get a bit more tired of the constant questions of "am I overstocked" , "what's your favorite fish", and "what fish or fishes should I get?"

i don't c why they can make a search for that they whant advice on. i will save then a lot of time in the end

For all Fans of Irony:

Keep this thread in mind, then check this thread. Particularly entries number 7 and 9.

I looked and can not find anything on the type of gravel for breeding fish. Different question.

well i seams people have different attitudes to questions like a teacher he get questions asked all the time and very often the next year he gets the same question asked he's not going to tell his pupil to go look at the pinned section is he?

No, but a teacher is being paid for what they do and there are no 'pinned sections' of information as easily available as there are here.
