Are These The Right Led Bulbs

hi guys, gonig to attempt my own moonlight led setup, can anyone confirm these bulbs will be ok? or if there are better ones out there that wont brake the bank. do i just need wiring a 1w driver,plug and heat shrinks?

These are the tetras testicles waterproof sticky backed and can be daisy chained to add more for big tanks - just open, stick twist + and - to an ac adptor (multi will do) or something around 9v 300ma and your dancing in the moonlight
