Are These Suitable For A Low-Tech Set-Up?

Afternoon you well informed plant type persons.

I'm looking to fill out my rather sparse 320 with some additional foliage. I've found this tempting collection and was wondering which of these would be suitable in my tank, and which I should stear clear of.

The tank has a cat litter & play sand substrate.
2 x 54w t5's
Currently dosing EasyCarbo and TPN+ (until bottles run out in about 2 weeks), then will revert to daily dosing of standard TPN
Turnover - currently not great, a 305 and U3 running with the view to replacing the U3 with another 305 or similar. In addition to that, would I need a powerhead?

OK, so I've been reading up about the above plants and I've edited the list to state whether they seem suitable for my set-up.

please weigh in with your experienced opinions either way.....

Elodea will be fine - it grows like a weed.

Generally if they're red they wont do so well, if they're green they'll be ok. Carpet plants generally need higher tech, although not always. Stems usually do ok. Echinodorus sp. are sword plants.
