Are These Eggs?

And if they are eggs I'm assuming all white means not fertilized?

They do look like nerite snail eggs. I can definitively say they are NOT Cory eggs, nor are they angel, ram or neon tetra eggs.

Strange that the nerite would lay eggs so soon, but stranger things have happened, I suppose.
 
I've never seen it happen before... if it happens, take pics!  It would need to be documented.  ;)
