Are the fry eating?

I rescued four of the fry that ended up in the bucket after vaccuming. They are from different days spawning I think as two are slightly bigger and darker. I had some plant cuttings growing in a windowsill and when I checked the water under a microscope..algae, bacteria and INFUSORIA. I put some in with the fry in their new home (goldfish bowl). This morning one of the fry was hanging tail down at the water surface. Is that feeding? How much should I be putting in and how often for only four fry in two inches of water?

Thanks to The-Wolf for the previous info about raising fry. We'll see what happens.
