I use no idea what that is, but it's definitely not mystery snails eggs.

I concur with @Jordan_Deus. Those are definitely not snail eggs. It could be silicon that got loose or something. Will you please include a picture of the whole tank?

Many thanks for your pic, yes it doesnt look anything like that does it. I actually think it might be where I've been dropping the fish food into the tank and it's got a bit mouldy on the edge resulting in a gooey mess.

It could be too big. Try either resizing the photo (not cropping it but reducing the number of pixels), or taking another with the number of pixels reduced.
