I would advise moving the pacus out. Even red bellies which are one of the smaller sp. will out grow your tank. I would take them to a retailer and exchange them for something big but not too big to shoal around in the tank. I would advise Tinfoil barbs (max 14"), Silver dollars (5-8" depending on sp.) or maby Silver sharks (14"). These will all present less of a problem than the pacu.
