Are my black Molly's pregnant or full of worms?

I've had these Molly's for about 3 weeks. I have them in a quarantine tank. I noticed big bellys as soon as I got them. But I fed them and all had white string poop. So I've been confused since I've gotten them. They have and are still being treated for parasites. Poop is now pink and stringy but the flakes I have are vitamin c and have pink and green flakes.
Also their bottom bellys look white as they have gotten bigger.
They look super square to me.
Any advice is appreciated

They could be both, gravid (pregnant) and full of intestinal worms but most likely worms. Common livebearers like mollies, guppies, platies and swordtails are regularly infested with intestinal worms like Camallanus, Capillaria and tapeworm. The fish eating well but doing stringy white poop would suggest they do have intestinal worms.

I just assume all livebearers are infected with worms and treat them while they are in quarantine. You can use Levamisole for thread worms, Praziquantel for tapeworms, or Flubendazole, which does both types of worm.
