I've never heard of it.
If you mean the African Filter-Feeding Shrimp/Vampire Shrimp, it's pretty expensive for a shrimp.

I've seen the african filter shrimp/ vampire shrimp for about £15 sometimes less.

I love those shrimp, even though i've never seen one in real life . One of my (not so local)lfs' apparently has them in stocks alot, but i keep missing them every-time i'm in .

I really want to get one, but its way too expensive for me to order off the Internet.

I think they are the only thing that will be able to survive my featherfin synodontis....however we will see because in a couple of months i will have to empty my triops tank and the large amano shrimp in there will have to go in the main tank

Huh, mine was £8, and he's about 5" long - bargain eh? He's a bit shy though, so I thought I might get him a friend... what do you think?
