I have 2 full grown arowana's for sale, both eat well and in very good condition, Currently at my LFS after a tank breakage, must show proof of large enough tank these fish are atleast 15 inches and living in a 6' by 3' by 2', quick sale needed as lfs do not want to hold them for more than a week.
Must collect from Trowell. Looking for £60 each or £110 for the pair.

What colour are they, I have a friend looking for a silver one.

I will e-mail for you, not sure if he can get to you, but worth a try.

Can deliver for petrol if needs be, would rather them go to someone that actually wants them than have to put them in my bath until the tanks fixed

I have sent him the link to this add, I have already said you may possibly meet him as your so good that way. Hopefully he will be in touch :good:

Before i get jumped on, i apologise because im not interested in the sale...however, you state full grown 15 inches??... i personally would give the correct info on these fish before somebody actually buys them thinking they will stay this size... cant these get in excess of 3 foot?... stating full grown at 15 inches is considerably off that size and very misleading.

Again sorry but i think potential buyer should really know how big these stunning fish can get :good:

Double post

Completely agree, and i think it's the extremly late night posting that did it.

Anyone buying fish in my opinion should most deffinatly always do research first.

I think what i was trying to say was these are 'mature'?, old?....erm well there not 2 inch babies and there not 5 weeks old there large, aggressive, (i personally think) single speicies tank, big fish!
Silver in colour, eat live food occationally frozen and small fish.

So yes they still have a good foot and more to grow, and please could people stop emailing me with "will they go in with my parrots", "would they be ok in a 4 foot tank".
If you purchase these fish they must be in atleast a 6 foot tank, and if you have any other fish in there it's at your own risk and with the warning of 'these do eat anythin they can fit in there mouths' that you put these in with anything else.

Is it a true 15" Can you get a picture up with a tape measure with it? Also any sign of drop eye?

As the add says there at the LFS, and i don't have the petrol money to keep driving to and from Trowell.
No signs of drop eye that i've noticed. But the largest doesn't look up with one of his eyes, whether that's because he can see food on the bottom of the tank im not sure, it's still in the right place just doesn't seem to move.

One is 14 inches and one is 16 inches just got the lfs to measure them for me.
