I keep trying to see your overflow to figure out how they're getting in there but I can't make anything out.
Hopefully you can remedy that!
I had that issue with my intake hose.
I keep such tiny inhabitants they could get sucked right in there.
I remedied that with a sponge filter pad over the intake grate.
But I don't think that's what you're talking about.
And I hope the babies keep surprising you! That's fun!
