Aquatic Foods Bloodworms, Freeze Dried Fresh; good for everyday?.

I had to stop eating bloodworms, for the same reason.

Hmm, I did say that unclearly! My hands swell in contact with water that fish have been fed midge larvae in. It's a common contact allergy.

Eating them would kill me. That would make it a delicacy in some circles.

I was researching my pea puffers online and came across a video from a “Dave” channel. I just found out how bloodworms cause an allergic reaction in people! I just found I am one of those people. Recently, I’ve been feeding my puffers, frozen blood worms and noticed I’m having some type of slight allergic reaction and could not figure it out. Thought it might be a plant in my room. Nope it’s the blood worms.WOW who would’ve thought? Any ideas for an alternate food for my pea puffers? Thank you.
