Just wondered what your views are on the best Aquarium tanks for fish keeping?

I know its very subjective and a lot of people might just say whether something is good or bad based on what they own and give that a score but I am just wondering if you were buying a new tank today in different categories what would you go for say for the following:

Nano Tank (Approx 15L - 30L, 3.5-6 Imp Gal, 4-7.5 US Gal)
Small Tank (30L-42L 6.5-9 8-11 US Gal)
Medium Tank (42L-85L, 9-19 Imp Gal, 11-22.5 US Gal)
Large Tank (Greater than 85L 19 Imp Gal, 22.5 US Gal)

Is there one particular company at the moment where you think their tanks are very good, high quality, well designed, a great integrated solution, maybe in a range of different sizes?

I won't waste my time keeping any aquarium that holds less than 40 litres. I generally use these sized tanks for breeding fish or shrimp. The other size tanks I use are 3ft long x 14 inches wide x 18 inches high. I use to have tanks that were 4ft long x 14 inches wide x 18 inches high but I can't move them by myself so went down to the 3ft tanks.

I get a shop to make my tanks for me. I don't buy pre-packaged models that include everything because I don't like most of what they have in them.

I used Rena aquarium heaters, Aquaclear HOB filters or Fluval external canister filter, twin fluorescent light units with 6500K globes, full coverglass with handles, plain brown gravel, and I stick a picture on the back. Tank gets some plants and a few bits of limestone to stop the pH dropping. Most of the tanks run off undergravel filters that get their air from a blower (big air pump) and I use power filters on some marine tanks.
I use to build my own 4 tier stands to put the tanks on.

--------------------
small tank - 40 litres.
medium tank - 150 litres.
good sized tank - 250 litres.
big tank - 600+ litres.

I don't think the op was asking about tank kits, so much as he was just the tanks themselves. I dont particularly have a brand of take I prefer, although most of mine are by aqueon, they have always been good quality, last forever, but don't carry the hefty price tag like others do. I like plexiglass unless its a quarantine tank. I have been eyeing a seamless tank but the price of them has stopped me from getting one.
