Aquarium Led Lighting

Hi all,

I am wondering whether anyone has used the All Pond Solutions 30CM SUBMERSIBLE 34 X LED AQUARIUM FISH TANK LIGHT in their aquarium:

I have a 20l tank and need a new light. Would this be bright enough to support the growth of plants etc?
