I bought a new aqua one 2250uv yday. Well, first off it was an herculean effort to get the **loo*# lid off, screwdriver, chisel, mm by mm. Eventually I did release it after 30 mins but not before putting plenty of marks on the joint. Instrutions say the seal should be covered with grease each time you open it........ none on it?? And they don't supply any! Would be better to ship it with either the lid open or the seal removed. Anyway, set it up tho really dissapointed with the lack of media, just as well I was filling it with my existing media. Managed to get the huge tubing up through the hole in the bottom of my tank and set it up. Running well but does have a noticable humming noise. No air in it, was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?? Thanks
