Aqua One Cannister Filters

can anyone help me? just got a new cannister filter cf1000 i fitted it and it leaks slightly. when i primed it. it said fill to the brim. also how do i open it as i know it is pressurised.

where did it leak from?

To open it i turn off the inlet hose, wait a second or two then turn off the outlet hose and turn the filter off. Not sure if thats the right way but it works for me!

I have 2 of them running and havnt had any problems with leaking
