Apple Snail

hi,
my apple snail is just floting around the top, ive taken it out it dont smell so i dont think its dead ,im not sure why its doing this?

I think it's from having too much air inside it.. I believe that is what I read.

I just answered this same type of question in the above thread. It's normal for apple/mystery snails to do this. I've seen them floating for up to two weeks. As long as they don't stink, they are still alive.
