Apple/ mystery snail not moving

Hi, my snail one day just stopped moving, It’s been about a month of the snail not moving.. I check every week if the snail smells…( no smell) also will close right if I tap th shell. My tank is clean and all water test come back normal.

Do you put any algae wafers into the tank?
You said you haven't seen him move in a month. Does that mean he has never left that spot or you have just never seen him out and about?

No I’ve never put algae wafers. Should I?
He comes out like in the picture but have not seen him move, the most he’s moved is doing a 180 but sitting in the same place.

Most snails favorite food is algae. You should try finding some algae wafers and putting it in front of him. Wait a day (over night) and if it's gone he may have just been really hungry.

Also yes, please provide actual numbers for the tests

Okay will have to get some algae..
water test numbers are
Ammonia 0ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Nitrate 3ppm
pH is around 7.8

Seems like perfect parameters. So it can't be that...

Only other thing at least I can think of, is getting the algae wafers and seeing if it's cause he doesn't have any food to be motivated

What is the temp of the tank? What other inhabitants?

These snails WILL sometimes go "dormant" for periods of time, but not a full month, that I've ever seen

My tank is 72° Right now
it’s usually around 75°.
I have 3 guppy’s and a assassin snail

Yah, he may not be getting what he needs to eat.
With only 3 guppies I'm sure you are not putting a ton of food into the tank.
