Apistogramma Cactuoide?

I am looking at getting 1 male and 3 females (Tripple Red variaty), and I was wondering what else would go good with these fish. I have a 29 gallon tank.

I was thinking maybe

Neon Tetras
Angels

What would be a good algie eater for this tank, and one that wouldn't eat the eggs of the apisto's?

Tetra's would be fine, watch the angels, corys usually alright, BN Plec or oto's would be fine.
